Carly Rae Jepsen performed a cover of Wham’s 1985 holiday single “Last Christmas” on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Wednesday.
The song has been redone by several artists in the past thirty years including Hilary Duff, Ariana Grande and Ashley Tisdale, among others.
Jepsen recently announced dates for a US tour in support of her latest album “Emotion.”
The 2-month “Gimmie Love Tour” will begin in Raleigh, NC on February 12.
The Canadian pop singer’s third album debuted at No. 16 on the US Billboard 200 upon its release with sales of more than 16,000 units in its opening week.
Goulding’s third album, “Delirium”, debuted in her native country and on the US Billboard 200 chart at No. 3 while delivering her highest-charting record in the States and her highest first-week sales figures in both territories.
The singer is in the running for a pair of Grammy Awards at next February’s event in Los Angeles.
Issued earlier this year as a single from the Fifty Shades Of Grey soundtrack – and also available on “Delirium” - the tune “Love Me Like You Do” is nomianted for Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Song Written For Visual Media.
The 58th Annual Grammy Awards will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA on February 15 and broadcast on CBS from 8–11:30 p.m. ET.
Goulding will launch the Delerium World Tour in Hamburg, Germany on January 21, with North American dates set to start April 1 in Vancouver, BC.
One Direction joined The Late Late Show host James Corden for the latest episode of Carpool Karaoke on Tuesday.
The feature sees Corden joined by a second passenger so that he can use the carpool lane to drive to work.
The pairing sang along to a selection of the group’s biggest hits including "What Makes You Beautiful," "No Control," "Story Of My Life" and "Best Song Ever," as well as "Drag Me Down" and "Perfect" – a pair of tunes from their newly-released album “Made In The A.M.”
“Made In The A.M.” took second spot behind Justin Bieber’s “Purpose”, which sold 649,000 equivalent album units, including 522,000 in pure album sales.
The project marks One Direction's first album without former member Zayn Malik, who left the group in March.
“Made In The A.M.” will be the band’s last full record before taking an extended hiatus in 2016.

"I'm calling it the Sweet, Sweet Fantasy tour,” Carey tells Lorraine. “I wanted to give people some nostalgia - so that title is from my song Fantasy obviously. The fans can expect lots of songs - I'm going to research what songs were big in what territories and then I'm going to sing those songs especially for those fans.
"I'm just trying to put on a really good show that people are going to enjoy and be close to the fans. Not everyone is so close to their fans but I have a very special relationship with my fans. I love all things pertaining to music and creativity ... everything is fun for me but I love being on stage."
The shows will follow the end of Carey’s Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace and mark the singer’s first European tour since 2003.

Ellie Goulding performed her single “On My Mind” on NBC-TV’s The Voice on Monday.
The lead track from her newly-released album, “Delirium”, is currently sitting at No. 13 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
The UK singer’s third album debuted in her native country and on the US Billboard 200 chart at No. 3 while delivering Goulding her highest-charting record in the States and her highest first-week sales figures in both territories.
Goulding has just been nominated for a pair of Grammy Awards at next February’s event in Los Angeles.
Issued earlier this year as a single from the Fifty Shades Of Grey soundtrack – and also available on “Delirium” - the tune “Love Me Like You Do” is up for Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Song Written For Visual Media.
The 58th Annual Grammy Awards will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA on February 15 and broadcast on CBS from 8–11:30 p.m. ET.

A European and UK trek will be followed by North American shows, which will start April 1 in Vancouver, BC
Coldplay performed a pair of tracks from their newly-released album “A Head Full Of Dreams” on CBS-TV’s The Late Late Show with James Corden on Monday.
The group played the project’s lead single, “Adventure Of A Lifetime”, and closed the program with the title track – which included a guest appearance by the host on piano.
Earlier in the broadcast, Coldplay sat down with Corden to discuss their seventh record, which includes guest appearances by Beyonce, Noel Gallagher, Tove Lo and Merry Clayton.
“A Head Full Of Dreams” was produced by Norwegian duo Stargate and Rik Simpson and recorded in Malibu, Los Angeles and London.
Available most places upon its release last Friday, the group held the record back from Spotify for one week; it will be on the streaming service as of December 11.
Coldplay will perform the Super Bowl 50 halftime show at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA on February 7.
Adele’s “25” tops the US Billboard 200 album chart for a second straight week.
Neilsen Music confirms via Billboard that the project sold 1.16 million equivalent album units, including 1.11 million in pure album sales.
“25” sets yet another record as it become the first album to sell a million copies in two different weeks since Nielsen began tracking point-of-sale purchases in 1991.
In its first two weeks, “25” has sold 4.49 million copies – equivalent to 30 percent of all albums sold in the US over that period.
Produced by Greg Kurstin, Adele’s third album was launched with the lead single, “Hello”, which became an instant worldwide smash.
The set is Adele’s second US chart-topper following the success of “21”, which spent 24 nonconsecutive weeks atop the Billboard 200 to become the longest run at No. 1 for a woman in the chart’s history.
Ariana Grande has cancelled the remaining 2015 live dates on her Honeymoon world tour.
The singer was scheduled to perform in Abu Dhabi, UAE on December 3, at London’s O2 on December 5, and two shows in Japan on December 8 and 9.
“Babies,” she tweeted, “I’m so sad I won’t be able to make it abroad this December but I can’t wait to see u & reschedule for next year. I love you all so much.”
While no further details regarding the reason behind the last-minute cancellations was announced, the four dates are just the latest in a series of shows Grande has pulled the plug on this year.
In the spring, she backed out of concerts in Fairfax, VA and Houston, TX due to prior commitments, a July date in Cincinnati, OH following the removal of her wisdom teeth, and a late October show in San Juan, Puerto Rico due to a scheduling conflict.
Last month, the singer’s new single, “Focus”, debuted at No. 7 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
The tune is the lead single to Grande’s forthcoming third album, “Moonlight”, which is expected in early 2016.
babies, I'm so sad I won't be able to make it abroad this December but I

Adele’s smash hit single “Hello” tops the US charts for 5th straight week.
Billboard reports the tune remains at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 at the same time as the singer broke sales records with the release of “25.”
"Hello" also tops Streaming Songs for a fifth week with 35.5 million U.S. streams, up 2 percent, marking another new record: it's the first song to tally five weeks of at least 30 million domestic streams, passing Baauer's "Harlem Shake", which did so for four weeks in 2013.
The hit also tops the Radio Songs charts as well as lists for Pop Songs, Adult Pop Songs, Adult Alternative and Adult Contemporary airplay.
The release of “25” also sees Hot 100 debuts for four other songs from the project including "When We Were Young" (No. 22), "Water Under The Bridge" (No. 70), "Send My Love (To Your New Lover)" (No. 79) and "Remedy" (No. 87).
5 Seconds Of Summer did double duty as guests and performers on CBS-TV’s The Late Late Show with James Corden on Monday.
The Australian band joined the host to discuss their recently released second album, “Sounds Good Feels Good”, and appeared in a sketch that revealed their early years with a fifth member.
5 Seconds Of Summer then performed “Hey Everybody!”, the latest single from the new record.
