Usher’s seventh studio album, “Looking 4 Myself,” has become the superstar’s fourth consecutive #1 studio album.
The album lands at the top of the Billboard 200 albums charts with opening week sales of 128,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
Usher held off Canadian rockers Rush, who had their best sales week in 10 years as "Clockwork Angels" debuted at #2 with 103,000 sold.
“Looking 4 Myself” also debuts at #1 on the Digital Albums Chart and R&B Album Chart.
Usher recently performed on Saturday Night Live, kicked off the Summer concert series on the Today Show and performed on the Billboard Music Awards. He is scheduled to perform on the BET Awards on July 1, where he is nominated for “Video of the Year” for “Climax.”
