Over the weekend, Carly Rae Jepsen released a video for her latest single, “This Kiss.”

Now, the singer is sharing a behind the scenes look at the creation of the clip, which was directed by Justin Francis .

“Working with Carly is great,” says Francis. “She’s super involved, really specific and knows exactly what she wants.”

“The concept was basically just this awesome party,” explains Jepsen. “The type of party that I would want to go to and my friends would want to go to.”

The track is from Jepsen’s debut album, “Kiss,” which was issued last month.

Jepsen is currently on the road with pal Justin Bieber on his “Believe” tour of North America.
