Meghan Trainor performed her new single, “Better When I’m Dancin’”, on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon on Friday.

The tune is featured on the soundtrack to newly-released film, The Peanuts Movie, which brings creator Charles Schulz’s legendary comic strip characters to the big screen.

With a musical score by Christophe Beck, the record also includes “That’s What I Like”, a track by Flo Rida featuring Fitz that appeared on the rapper’s 2015 EP “My House.”

Trainor has enjoyed a breakout year with the success of her major label debut, “Title.”

Led by the No. 1 US hit, “All About That Bass”, the record delivered four Top 20 singles on its way to Gold status and the top of the US Billboard 200.

Meghan Trainor performed a stripped-down version of her hit, "Dear Future Husband", on the season 8 finale of NBC’s The Voice on Tuesday.

Won by finalist Sawyer Fredericks, the 2-hour season finale also featured appearances by Kelly Clarkson, Maroon 5, Ed Sheeran and others.

The third single from Trainor’s major label debut, “Title”, “Dear Future Husband” peaked at No. 16 on the US Billboard Hot 100 on its way to selling more than a million copies in the States alone.

The tune followed the smash success of the No. 1 US hit, “All About That Bass”, and the Top 5 track “Lips Are Movin’”.

Trainor begins a series of European dates in Denmark on May 26 and will open a US summer tour in Altantic City on July 3.
