Joining Justin was pal Sean Kingston, as the two toured the ward, met with parents and took photos with the kids.
Bieber even sang a couple of songs, including his smash hit, “Baby,” and his current single, “Mistletoe.”
Some of the visit was filmed by Alfredo Flores, who has directed some of Justin's music videos. Afterwards, Flores tweeted: “Proud of my bro @JustinBieber! Glad I was there to capture it all #GivingBack.”
Bieber replied with a tweet of his own: "It was a great day. always #giveback.”
Justin’s new Christmas album “Under The Mistletoe,” is released next week.
