Billboard reports Bieber led the way this week with sales of 210,000 copies of the new release.
Justin’s third #1 album is also the first Christmas set by a male artist to debut in top spot in the 55-year history of the chart and just the eighth holiday album to hit No. 1. Susan Boyle's 2010 album, "The Gift," is the only other Christmas effort to open atop the list.
There are 6 debuts in the Top 10 this week, including the entire top 4: Bieber, Wale, Miranda Lambert and Susan Boyle all enter the chart with strong sales in their opening week.
Last week’s #1 by Coldplay dropped to #7, while Kelly Clarkson’s #2 album slid to #10 this time out.
The rest of the changes are featured on the list below; last week’s chart position is in brackets.
