Avril Lavigne appeared on the season 3 finale of The Voice Tuesday evening.
The singer was joined by finalist Cassadee Pope to perform “I’m With You,” a song Pope sung earlier in the season.
Pope was named the winner of Season 3 in fan voting, ahead of rocker Terry McDermott and soul man Nicholas David.
The finale also featured guest appearances by Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson, Smokey Robinson, Peter Frampton and The Killers.
Lavigne just released a cover of the Nickelback hit, “How You Remind Me,” which was recorded for the Japanese anime movie "One Piece Film: Z," for which she's also recorded Joan Jett's "Bad Reputation."
Avril got engaged to Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger over the summer.
