Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea delivered the live debut performance of their new single, “Pretty Girls”, on the 2015 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday.

The duo teamed up on stage at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, where Spears continues her ongoing residency.

“So so SO exciting!!,” posted Spears after the event. “There are so many people to thank for making #PrettyGirlsonBBMAs happen tonight!

“Of course my girl Iggy Azalea for KILLING it on stage with me, Baz Halpin for directing, Billboard, my very talented dancers & band, and last but not least... thanks to my crew! The hardest working people around. THANK YOU!?"

The pair recently released the video for “Pretty Girls” , a song that was written and produced by the Invisible Men (Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora, Jessie J).

The singer officially debuted the track over the weekend in a promotion involving Uber. Fans were able to request a "Bee" branded Uber SUV and preview the song as many times as they wanted before their ride ended, making the singer the first artist to use Uber to release a single.

Britney and Iggy will deliver the debut television performance of “Pretty Girls” at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on May 17.

Last week, Spears injured an ankle in a fall during a performance of her Las Vegas residency show, “Britney: Piece of Me.” The singer was forced to postpone her May 1 and 2 concerts under doctor’s orders to allow time for the injury to heal.

The singer continues her ongoing residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

Britney Spears has announced the September 16th premiere of her new single, “Work Bitch.”

The singer posted that the song will premiere worldwide on iHeartRadio and local radio stations on Monday before it is available on iTunes at 12:01am ET on Tuesday, September 17th.

Last week, Spears began an online countdown clock to the song’s release.

Over the past week, Spears has been filming a video for “Work Bitch” in the desert with director Ben Mor, who previously worked with the pop superstar on will.i.am's "Scream and Shout" video.

Britney Spears has released “Ooh La La” as the lead single from the Smurfs 2 soundtrack.

The film, due in theaters on July 31, is the second installment in the Smurfs trilogy; the third picture will be released in July 2015.

Spears debuted the Dr. Luke-produced track on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show Monday morning, and phoned in to discuss the new song.

“It’s definitely straight up pop, it has a young feel to it,” Britney explained to Seacrest, “but the the main reason why I did it was because my boys. They’re obsessed with the Smurfs. We’ve seen The Smurfs movie a million trillion times and they were told they could be in the video and all this cool stuff, so that’s the reason why I did it.”

Britney’s boys, Sean Preston and Jayden, joined their mother for the video shoot.

“They were actually really really good on set,” she said. “They were like acting and my oldest son Preston was right on cue every time they would tell him to do something. They play themselves … [but when] we did on the actual shoot of the video I didn’t see [them]. I was in hair and makeup, so later on I got to see what they actually did on camera and it was adorable.”

So what does “Ooh La La” mean?

“I think it doesn’t really certainly mean a certain phrase or anything, but it’s about feeling good,” explained Britney. “Like you make me feel like ‘ooh la la’ like when a guy makes you giddy … it’s more of a feeling.”

will.i.am has released a star-studded video for the remix of “Scream & Shout,” his 2012 single with Britney Spears.

Added to the mix this are Diddy, Lil Wayne, Hit-Boy and Waka Flocka Flame, who join will and Britney on the track.

"It's turnt up, amplified, maximized, screaming, shouting — I never thought that a remix would be this freaking crazy," will told MTV News about this version of the song. "Remixes have always been important, but this one...it's so freaking fresh that we had to do a video for it. Usually a remix just comes and it's a part of the initial, but this one needed. a freaking video cause it's out of here, mega, amplified, turnt up."

Reports suggest Britney Spears has signed a multi-million dollar deal for her first Las Vegas residency.

Gossiping Pens says that while it’s yet to be officially announced by Britney and her team, the pop star has signed a lucrative deal worth well over $100M which would see the singer hold residency at Caesars Palace for 2 years, possibly longer if all goes well.

Most of the details surrounding the deal have not yet been made public, but an official announcement is imminent.

Spears follows in the footsteps of Celine Dion and Shania Twain in her new Vegas role.

Britney just announced her departure from The X Factor, and she has also ended her engagement to boyfriend Jason Trawick.

The video for will.i.am’s new single, “Scream & Shout” ft. Britney Spears, has been released.

The clip premiered on Wednesday night’s episode of The X Factor, where Britney continues in her role as a judge on the reality series.

The pair previously worked together on “Big Fat Bass” on Spears' 2001 album, "Femme Fatale."

“Scream & Shout” is from will.i.am's upcoming second solo album "#willpower.” The project’s release has been pushed following songs leaks online, which forced the singer to work on more material for the album.

Spears and fellow judges Demi Lovato and L.A. Reid are highlighted in the ad, while program producer/judge Simon Cowell is mysteriously absent.

The ad includes a high-energy soundtrack with music from Kesha.

will.i.am debuted his new single, “Scream & Shout” ft. Britney Spears, on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show Monday morning.

The track is from will's upcoming second solo album "#willpower.”

Britney phoned in to be a part of the Seacrest session, and spoke highly of will's talents.

“I think he just really gets music in the broadest spectrum,” said Britney. “He knows what people want to listen to; he gets kids and what they want to listen to. Every time I’ve worked with him and we’ve done a song together, I go in and like, I can’t sit down – I have to stand up, I wanna dance, I feel like I’m at the club. I genuinely have a good time; he brings that to the table and I think that’s a lot of offer.”

The video for "Scream & Shout" will debut on the Thanksgiving episode of The X Factor, where Britney is currently serving as a judge.

The single will go on sale via digital retailers next week.

The pair previously worked together on “Big Fat Bass” on Spears' 2001 album, "Femme Fatale."

Britney Spears is “definitely” returning to the X Factor for another season.

At a red carpet event, Britney was asked if she would be back for another round as judge on the reality singing series.

“Yes, I definitely will,” replied Spears.

Britney also spoke about her love of the show and its young contestants.

“They’re like my little children, you know,” she said. “They’re so young and when you see them doing so well, it’s like my heart is out there for them.”

As for the series, Britney said, “It’s a lot of fun, it’s different from anything I’ve ever done before. We get to sit back and be entertained and it’s wonderful. It’s really cool.”

Britney continues her duties on the X Factor, alongside fellow newcomer Demi Lovato; the two joined music producer L.A. Reid and program producer Simon Cowell at the judging table for the current season.

A commercial for Britney Spears’ new perfume, Fantasy Twist, has leaked online.

Filmed in August, the ad shows Britney in four different ‘character’ outfits as she struts down a hotel hallway.

Fantasy Twist is a fragrance created by Elizabeth Arden and endorsed by Spears.The new perfume is a combination of some of Britney's most popular fragrances Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy. It is a sphere shaped bottle that breaks in half leaving one side a pink bottle which is Fantasy, and one side a dark blue bottle that is Midnight Fantasy; pink and blue are reportedly the singer's favorite colors.

Originally scheduled for a September 1 launch, Fantasy Twist is now expected to be released later this month.

In the meantime, Britney continues her duties as a new judge on the X Factor.

Britney Spears will make her broadcast debut Wednesday night as one of two new judges on The X Factor.

Joining Spears is fellow newcomer Demi Lovato; the two join music producer L.A. Reid and program producer Simon Cowell for the series.

Britney and Simon appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show Tuesday to get in some last-minute promotion for the program.

The pair spoke about how Britney was invited to be on the show; Simon had three phone calls with the pop superstar to fill her in on the program before she finally accepted.

“I couldn’t resist,” said Britney.

The X Factor premieres Wednesday night at 8 PM on FOX.

Madonna’s MDNA World Tour has wrapped up its European dates and now gears up for its North American launch on Tuesday in Philadelphia.

As part of the trek, the pop icon will play two shows in several major cities across the continent, including Los Angeles, where she’ll play the Staples Center in October.

According to Madonna’s official MDNA Tour twitter account, the singer will be joined by two special guests in L.A. on opening night, October 10 – Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.

“Christina Aguilera will appear at MDNA concerts (Oct 10th & 11th) for a special performance!”, was the first in a series of tweets, followed by “Britney Spears will attend MDNA concert in L.A. (Oct 10th)!”

The account then hinted at something more…

“So both Britney and Xtina will be attending MDNA concert in L.A. I already imagined some special performance with M like from VMA's 2003...”

The three singers made headlines at the 2003 MTV VMAs, when Madonna kissed each of the girls during their performance.

Britney Spears has been busy on the road this summer filming auditions for the new season of The X Factor.

Judging by a recent Facebook post, Spears has also managed to find some time enjoying some time off along the way.

“Y’all ready for summer to end? I’m definitely not!” Britney posted, along with a photo of herself in a white bikini and tan sunglasses at the beach.

The pop superstar is gearing up for her first season as a judge on The X Factor, along with fellow newcomer Demi Lovato; the two join music producer L.A. Reid and program producer Simon Cowell for season 2 of the series, which debuts September 12 on FOX.

Britney Spears has released some images from a photo shoot to launch her new perfume, Fantasy Twist, next month.

Fantasy Twist is a fragrance created by Elizabeth Arden and endorsed by Spears. The perfume Fantasy Twist is a combination of some of Britney's most popular fragrances Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy. It is a sphere shaped bottle that breaks in half leaving one side a pink bottle which is Fantasy, and one side a dark blue bottle that is Midnight Fantasy; pink and blue are reportedly the singer's favorite colors.

The pop superstar offered up a couple of photos on Facebook to give fans a preview.

“Channeling my inner Cleopatra today @ Elizabeth Arden Fantasy Twist shoot. Fragrance is out in Sept. 1st.”

A second image presents the singer in a completely different look.

“Loving day 2 of my Elizabeth Arden Fantasy Twist fragrance shoot. Jason says I look like Jean Harlow!”

To maximize the promotion of the new perfume, Fantasy Twist is being released September 1, just in time to sync up with Britney’s debut as a judge on X Factor when season 2 of the struggling US series premieres on September 12.

The X Factor is gearing up for its fall premiere as the US series tries to get back on its feet following a disappointing first season.

Following the firing of judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Sherzinger, and host Steve Jones, the producers brought in Britney Spears and Demi Lovato to try and help the show find an audience in the crowded music-contest-reality-series field.

Fox have released new publicity photos of the judges, while a new host has yet to be confirmed.

Season 2 of X Factor premieres on FOX at 8 PM EST on Wednesday, Sept. 12.

This may not sit well with her new bosses at The X Factor, but Britney Spears says she would have jumped at the chance to join American Idol as a judge.

Idol made headlines this past week when both Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez confirmed their departure from the show after two seasons on the program.

Had either of them left after just one year, Spears may have had the chance to be a judge on the long-running reality series.

“I would have loved that,” Britney told Zap2It.

Spears and Demi Lovato joined The X Factor for their second US season, set to launch this fall against Idol, following the firing of Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.

As for her new gig at X Factor, the pop superstar is pumped.

"I feel like it brings a whole new energy to the show, definitely," said Britney, who has been involved in contestant auditions for several weeks. "Nicole and Paula were really great, but to have such a dramatic change, I'll bet this even made Simon [Cowell] and L.A. [Reid] nervous.”

"That was what they had been used to, then these two new girls come in,” she added. “I don't know how it'll be perceived, but it's been fun for us. I've been having a blast.”

The X Factor has issued a new ad for its season premiere this fall.

The reality series gears up for the show’s 2nd US season, which features new judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato alongside L.A. Reid and program producer Simon Cowell.

“I wanna know who let you on stage,” Spears tells one singer, and “you’re really hot” to another in the commercial.

The program is continuing its cross-country auditions in preparation for the fall launch.

Season 2 of X Factor premieres on FOX at 8 PM EST on Wednesday, September 12.
