On Sunday, Bieber appeared on the UK version of X Factor, singing “Mistletoe,” the first single from the new collection.
During the pre-taped performance, Justin took time to flirt with judges Kelly Rowland and Cheryl Cole while singing directly to each of them at center stage.
Justin jokingly apologized after the song, calling his flirting "just a habit."
